Santa Barbara Photography and Konstantin Goldenberg Photography, jointly took a deposit of $1500.00 for a wedding at the end of January 2017. Unfortunately, the groom had a fatal accident and therefore there is no wedding.

These photographers were notified 5 months in advance of the tradegy. They were heartless. The contract stated that if you cancel you can only get your deposit back if they rebook for this day. These circumstance were so unusual and heartbreaking.

I asked them to be humane. They had no feelings.

All the other vendors had a heart and felt terrible. These two photographers are heartless and only care about their money.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. alkrug is quite happy with hope ok. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of weddingwire website and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1500. Weddingwire needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.

Wedding Wire is not who took your money. You need to take your grievance up with the photography studio - they just use Wedding Wire to advertise, the same way a restaurant ad might show up in a magazine. You're complaining about the wrong business.
