I submitted a complaint on wedding wire about a vendor, Elana Walke a events. We hired them as wedding coordinators and they sabotaged my daughter's wedding, were rude and nonprofessional and I suspected they tried to steal her gifted cards.
I spent the entire day dealing with them instead of enjoying my daughter's wedding. They were horrendous. Wedding wire refused to keep my complaint on there site saying the company was disputing that they did the wedding, although I submitted documentation. This is a democracy.
How is wedding wire stopping customers from complaining. I wonder how many customers had complained before me.
Had they left those complaints up maybe my experience would have been different. Is not that the purpose of customer complaints to warn other customers?
