I signed up for a month-to-month advertising stotefront for my photography business. I have been with them for 6 months and have yet to book one wedding from their site.

They have terrible customer service and take weeks to get back to me when I reach out fo them. When they do respond they make it seem like it is something I am doing wrong as to why I havent booked any clients from their site. I never signed a contract and was mislead in the beginning about the terms. Only after paying for the first month of service did I receive an email that stated it was a 12 month term.

I have cancelled my card and am not going to advertise with them anymore. $500 down the drain.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Same experience here. Except i camcelled the card and these shady people figured out the new card number and took the money. They are a fraud and its a scam
